Slaï and Emma’a rekindle the “Flamme”

The Florilège album, which made Slaï one of the most emblematic figures on the zouk scene, is reissued twenty years after its release, and its hits are remastered.

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his album Florilège, Slaï is offering his fans a special reissue, available in CD format and vinyl format for the first time.

Guadeloupean singer who has marked a whole generation with his unique style combining zouk, pop and Caribbean rhythms has teamed up with Emma’a, the 21-year-old Gabonese urban pop and R&B singer, for a new version of the hit “Flamme” (Flame).

This new version has been available since October 25.

Florilège, originally released in 2004, conquered the charts and hearts thanks to tracks that have become classics such as “Flamme”, “La Dernière Danse (Ne rentre pas chez toi ce soir)”, “Ce soir ou jamais” and “Après la tempête”.

The album sold over 250,000 copies, the singles “Flamme”, 210,000 copies and “La dernière danse”, 120,000 copies.

To celebrate this anniversary, Slaï will give a concert at the legendary Parisian venue, La Cigale, on November 11, 2024.
