After its private view on Friday, July 20, the 8th edition of the collective art exhibition organized by Nicole Favières-Bourguignon, member of the Festival International du Zouk (FIZ), is now opened to the public until July 31.This year, they are 25 professional and amateur painters, visual artists, sculptors and photographers who take part in this cultural meeting which is held every last week of July at the Centre Culturel Rémi Nainsouta in Pointe-à-Pitre. The theme is “Rhythms & feelings”.
So, it is an opportunity for everybody – art lovers and novices – to visit this major exhibition, talk with the artists and buy their works. The FIZ shows its intention, this way, to democratize the arts, especially the visual arts, in Guadeloupe. Admission is free…
