This contemporary art festival was created by Frère Independent on the occasion of the arrival in Guadeloupe of the prestigious race “La Route du Rhum” every four years.
Art + Rhum Festival will take place from November 7th to 15th in the archipelago. You are an artist and you want to exhibit during the festival, you have an exhibition planned and you want to include it in the festival program, you want to participate in the auction or you have a place and you want to host an exhibition, you can still register on the website www.artguadeloupe.com.
More than forty artists will be selected and their works will be visible in the ten pavilions reserved for contemporary art; an art route will be defined and a guidebook to the exhibitions and artists will be published.
During these nine days, exhibitions, visits of artists’ studios, meetings, workshops for children and adults, openings and parties will be offered to the public.
The opening of Art + Rhum Festival will take place on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
