The presentation of the plaque took place during his last concert “Saturno WorldTour 2023”, in the Dominican Republic, the country chosen by Puerto Rico artist to kick off his world tour.
The artistic promotion company MDL Entertainment, under the representation of the artistic entrepreneur Melvin de León and Guillermo Roa “TicherDad”, gave recognition to the artist Rauw Alejandro for reaching the top ranking in Latin American radios.
There is no doubt that, with each song Rauw scores a success in his career as evidenced by singles such as “Museo”, “Desesperado” & “Punto 40” which have managed to reach the first position in countries such as the Dominican Republic, Peru and Colombia.
Melvin de León acknowledged that since his beginnings, urban music exponent has stood out for his talent as well as his professionalism. “Rauw is an artist who made the difference in his genre by emphasizing quality and consistency in musical innovation. This recognition is well deserved”, said the artistic entrepreneur.
In that sense Guillermo Roa, expressed gratitude for the valuation of the artist, “We are proud to give this recognition to Rauw Alejandro. Thanks to Melvin de Leon and Mayra Tejada who is the president of the Monitor Latino in Dominican Republic and the Duars Entertainment team for achieving this award”, he said.
This is the first time that the Monitor Latino platform grants this type of award to Puerto Rican artist, who presented “Saturno” his third studio album, which features 18 songs including the previously released “Lokera” with Lyanno and Brray, “Punto 40” with Baby Rasta, “Cazadores”, with Arcángel, “Dime quién”, and the lead single, “Lejos del cielo”, giving a touch to the concept of his new galactic era.
