After the Rémy Nainsouta Cultural Center in Pointe-à-Pitre from July 22 to 30, 2022, the great art exhibition (Expod’aw, in Creole) organized for fifteen years now by the Festival International du Zouk of Guadeloupe (FIZ) arrived at the Cultural Center of Sainte-Anne, this Friday, August 5.
The works of various disciplines (painting, sculpting, photography etc.), made from the theme of “Freedom”, will be exhibited until August 13 and visitors will be welcomed from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The opening of the event took place last Friday at 6:00 pm in the presence of the organizers (sculptor Nicole Favières-Bourguignon and Eugène Louisor), the participating artists, the mayor of the city of Sainte-Anne Christian Baptiste, recently elected deputy, and the public.
The evening ended at 10:00 pm with good Zouk music from a DJ and a delicious buffet. Kariculture offers you some pictures of this artistic moment expected by all after the health crisis.
