The presenter, Melissa Santos, stood out as one of the hosts on the Premios La Silla carpet.
On Monday evening, February 3, Dominican communicator Melissa Santos stood out as one of the hosts of one of the most important awards in the country, Premios La Silla, demonstrating her ability with the microphone.
Since she won the reality show “Super Star Extraordinary 2015” of Sábado Extraordinario, Santos has remained in the media lending her talent to the program “Q’lo que hay RD”, a youth space broadcast on Telemicro channel 5 on Saturdays at 9:00 am, on Telemicro Internacional at 10:00 am and she is also one of the figures of the “Q TV Show” daily variety show at 11:00 pm on Digital 15, 12:00 pm on Telemicro International.
The one who is also model has participated in the live translation and comments of “Miss Tierra Internacional”, “Sag Awards” and “Grammys”.
“Communication is one of my great passions, I am one of those who think that having a microphone in hand is a great responsibility that not everyone knows how to respect and bear proudly. It is a great challenge for my generation to demostrate this ability because in these times, especially women, many are like mere ornaments of a set, but thank goodness, I was opened the doors of these productions in which I could stand out and develop myself”, explained the presenter who is from San Francisco de Macorís.
In 2016, the female host was “Miss Latinamérica Rep. Dom”, a title with which she traveled to Panama to represent the country, by competing with 21 girls from all of Latin America and becoming as “Princess of Latin America International 2016”, that same year she was director of the contest in the Dominican Republic.
