In addition to the exhibition scheduled from May 25 to 31, 2020 as part of the Festival de l’Estampe (Printmaking Festival), several workshops will be organized on Tuesday May 26 with the participation of artists.
After having been closed for two months because of lockdown decided by the French authorities to stop the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, the galleries are now among the places authorized to reopen their doors to the public by scrupulously respecting the barrier gestures.
L’Art s’en Mêle, which is located on La Riviéra road in Le Gosier, announces that it is ready to welcome back art lovers. The young gallery, which is only two years old, will offer visitors a first exhibition after lockdown from May 25 to 31 on the occasion of the 8th Fête de l’Estampe, which will take place throughout Europe from May 15 to 31.
This major cultural event created in 2013 is organized every year by Manifestampe-Fédération nationale de l’estampe with the support of the Ministry of Culture and allows wide public to discover the richness of this means of expression, which includes engraving, lithography, screen-printing and digital processes.
In addition to the exhibition, on May 26, L’Art s’en Mêle will organize workshops and performances.
“Despite the situation, we must support artists and move forward. No gathering but moments of sharing and conviviality with the artists can be organized in groups of 10. For the participation of the workshops, a maximum of 5 people and reservations are required”, said its director Viviane Pelus.
