Those who thought that Barbara Plaza would disappear from the media after she left the popular programme “De Extremo a Extremo” in which she demostrated her versatility for about a year, has news to receive. The Venezuelan communicator, who continues to work on the radio, is preparing once again to assume one of her greatest passions, to go on stage with the work “Embarázame mi amor”.
In this very comic play that will be premiered on October 9 in the Colonial Zone, Plaza, who shares credit with the actor Miguel del Villar, gives life to an obsessed wife who fears reaching 30 without being pregnant.
In “Embarázame mi amor”, a work by Dominican actress and director Rosa Aurora, the details have been taken care of so that the viewer can enjoy an impeccable concept, developed under the format of Microteatro Santo Domingo; the audience will have the opportunity exclusive to share face-to-face with the actors, since the stage in which the play will take place is barely 15 meters.
The comedy, where Plaza will unfold like never before, will be shown every Wednesday of October, with three performances offered every night, from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Each performance will have approximately 15 or 20 minutes of a fine concept of drama and comedy, which, beyond fiction, shows the pressure that Latin American women receive to embark on maternity before “the train came”.
The tickets for the work have a cost of RD $ 300 and can be bought at the entrance of the Microteatro facilities, located at José Reyes Street, 107, corner Salomé Ureña.
