The career of Dominican producer Ghetto keeps progressing as evidenced by his last success when he won a Grammy during its 67
th award ceremony, in the category “Best Reggae Album”, for producing “Jamming”, one of the songs of “One Love”, the soundtrack of the film “Bob Marley: One Love”.

Axel Rafael Quezada Fulgencio, (Ghetto) shares this success with Tainy with whom he produced “Jamming”, one of the songs from the biographical film about the life of reggae legend Bob Marley.

“I am proud to see where my work has reached and to represent my flag with my music in tribute to the reggae culture with Farruko in these awards, it’s an achievement that I saw far away from where I am from, San Pedro de Macoris”, explained the producer.

This opportunity came from Farruko, with whom Ghetto has been working since 2020 and to whom they present the project for this film. “The curious thing is that I have always flirted with reggae music, but I never thought that this would bring me a Grammy”, he stressed.

Ghetto, celebrates this triumph along with his three nominations for Premio Lo Nuestro in the categories “Best Christian Music Song” for the remix of the song “Hermoso Momento” by Farruko and Kairo Worship, “Urban Album of the Year” for “Cvrbon Vrmor” by Farruko and “Urban Song of the Year” for “Cvrbon Vrmor” by Farruko and Sharo Towers.
