In this new album is the single “Madre querida”, a special composition for Mother’s Day, celebrated in the Dominican Republic on Sunday, May 31. “Eddy Herrera Ahora” will be distributed by @symphonidistro, one of Latin America’s largest distributors.
This time spent at home has given Eddy Herrera the opportunity to nurture his composer talent and has ensured that the merenguero was inspired and continued to create new compositions. This is how the album “Eddy Herrera Ahora” (Eddy Herrera Now) was born, the material with which Herrera surprises his fans and the first album distributed by @symphonidistro, one of the most important distributors in Latin America.
The disc has 12 songs : nine merengues and three ballads. Ha llegado el amor”, “Contigo”, “Oh mi Dios” and “Madre querida” are part of the songs that make up the new material, which has been available on all digital platforms since last Friday, May 29. The arrangements for this production were in charge of Moisés Sánchez, Edwin García, Rosalbo Florián, Dary Dary and Eddy Herrera himself. While mixing and mastering fell under the responsibility of Moisés Sánchez, Allan Leschhorn and Ramsés Alegría.
“I am very happy and full of energy to start with Symphoni everything related to my new songs, albums and future musical projects. I know that everything related to my musical environment will be strengthened much more by this agreement between the parties. Thanks to Mr. Greg Vinas, Artistic Development Director at Symphoni for the trust”, said Herrera.
Currently the singer-songwriter is promoting his singles “Oh Mi Dios”, a song inspired by the current situation in the world due to COVID-19, as well as “Madre Querida”, a track that has been relaunched with a new arrangement made by outstanding producer and arranger Moisés Sánchez to celebrate Mothers.
