As many know, after singing, another of Eddy Herrera’s talents and one of the things he most enjoys doing, is composing. This is what he has made clear once again in his new production “Libre”, which was recently released on all digital platforms.
“El galán del merengue”, has written three of the 11 songs that make up the production : “Libre”, the album’s namesake, “Te pido perdón” and “Por última vez”.
With this album, which features composers Leonardo Robles, Ernesto Díaz (El Duende), Daniel Santacruz, Eurípides Lora and Jessie Uribe, Herrera has pleased many, because it is made up of eight merengues, two ballads and a bachata.
“I am very happy to have worked with great professionals, both composers, producers, arrangers and colleagues, all put the best of the best, so that ‘Libre’ will be with the quality and flavor that we were expecting. I know that people will enjoy it completely”, said Herrera, who was recently nominated in four categories at the Soberano Awards.
“Ojalá que no te duela” is the second single to be released from the album, which was produced and arranged by Edwin García. Moisés Sánchez, Juan Daniel Montero and Richy Rojas also worked as producers and arrangers. While mixing and mastering were done by Moises Sanchez, Allan Leschhorn, Juan Tavarez, Richy Rojas and Andrei Fossari.
