The prominent broadcaster Iván Cuevas Acosta, director of the radio station Mixx 104.5 FM, thanked the Glamour Music Awards after winning the award in the category “Radio Station of the Year”, at the recent award ceremony that highlights the best of media.
“This award encourages us to continue working and to continue providing programming that people can identify with as we are doing. I first thank God, because without him nothing is possible, then the people who have positioned us and the production for highlighting our work”, explained Cuevas.
Born in Santo Domingo, the host made his radio debut in 2003 with Sammy Ramos on Neón 89.3. During his career, he worked on radio stations such as Cadena Espacial, Urbano: Power 103.7, pop-urban: Ritmo 96.5, Balada: Estrella 90 y Disco 106 and Tropical: Escándalo 102.5.
The radio professional stressed that one of his plans is to continue to excel in the direction and production of radio and podcast, as well as in the voiceover world.
