From October 26 to 29, the 2nd edition of the Bleu Outre Mer Festival, whose theme was this year “Roots and Emergences”, invited the public to attend four concerts at the Memorial ACTe in Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe).
Four territories were represented on stage : French Guyana with singer and guitarist Sylviane Cédia ; New Caledonia with the poet, slammer, writer and performer Paul Wamo ; Martinique with pianist Christophe Chassol ; Guadeloupe with the gwoka group Fanm Ki Ka.
