Since Stéphane Phobère – better known as T-Stone – was signed to Chabine Prod (a music label based in Martinique), his career has taken new turn. Regularly, the young Guadeloupean offers his fans new tracks that are a mix of several Caribbean rhythms such as zouk and dancehall, and are quickly becoming hits. The latest of these were “Coeur Noir”, a duet with Guyanese zouk star Fanny J in March 2023, and “BB Attends” in December 2023.
In June 2024, the artist launched “Alchimie” (Alchemy), which tells “the story of a young woman getting out of a tumultuous relationship, who gives herself a chance to find love again. At a party she goes to with her friends to take her mind off things, she met this well-known stranger (T-Stone, of course!), and for the time of a dance, an indescribable Alchemy is created!”. The lyrics were written by T-Stone, the music by Samuel Stanislas aka Staniski.
As usual, the track is well-paced ; the very “colorful” video features the singer and his sweetheart, as well as dancers who “set fire” downright to the sports hall in Jarry (Baie-Mahault), where the footage was filmed by director Jima Kanor.
“Alchimie” is available on all download platforms.
T-Stone looks forward to meeting his fans at the Casino du Gosier on Friday August 16 at 8:00 pm for a live concert.
